Sieving
We offer precise mechanical screening and specialize in ultra-fine sieving of oxides, especially Al₂O₃.
Sifting
Precise micro-fractionation. Below 50 microns, conventional sieving reaches its technical limits. Wind sifting, sedimentation and laser measurements ensure a precise fractionation and specification.
Coating
Functionalization of surfaces by coating with different silanes. We offer a wide range of chemical solutions for demanding surfaces.
De-Dusting
Cleanliness for best performance. A high proportion of fines can impair production results. Our filter technology removes dust down to <5 µm - also as a contract process for mineral grains.
Drying
The assurance of product quality. Our drying minimizes the residual moisture content, improves the flowability and prevents clumping - for a reliable manufacturing process.
Recycling
Resource-efficient use. Through targeted re-treatment, we optimize the characteristics of the product and return it to the circulatory system – in line with our responsibility for the future.
Grinding/Rounding
Optimization of the material properties. We control grain shape through milling and rounding processes for a uniform grain size and better dispersion, flow and transparency.
